These terms cover the use of YourFirm AI. The site is operated by Ouroboros Consulting FZCO. Engagements for actual work are governed by a separate agreement signed with that company.

What this service is

We prepare company formation, renewal and related applications for IFZA — International Free Zone Authority as an IFZA Professional Partner. We are not the authority. IFZA issues the licence, decides the application and sets its own fees.

Quotations

• An enquiry is a request. It is not an engagement and it commits neither side.
• A quotation is prepared from the tariff current on the day it is issued. Authority and government fees are passed through as issued; we do not mark them up and we cannot fix them.
• Where a fee is not published by the authority, we say so rather than estimating. Nothing on this site is a binding price until it appears in a written quotation.
• A quotation lapses if the authority changes its tariff or the details of the request change.

What we cannot promise

• Approval. The authority decides. A regulated activity additionally requires approval from a named body, and obtaining it is the licensee's responsibility.
• Timing. Steps that depend on an authority, a bank or a third-party regulator are outside our control.
• Banking. Banks decide who they accept. We prepare and submit; we do not guarantee an account.

Not advice

Information on this site is general and is not legal, tax or accounting advice. UAE corporate tax applies at 9% above the threshold set by law, and the 0% free zone rate depends on qualifying-income conditions being met. Your own residence and where a company is managed can create obligations elsewhere. Take advice on your own situation before relying on anything here.

Accuracy

Authority facts and fees on this site are recorded with their source and the date they were checked. Authorities change rules without notice. Where this site and current authority material disagree, the authority is correct — tell us at hello@yourfirm.ai and we will correct the page.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information. Applications fail on inaccurate details, and we rely on what you send.
• Provide identification documents when asked. We cannot act without them.
• Do not use the site to seek help with anything unlawful.

Liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for decisions made by an authority, a bank or a regulator, nor for losses arising from information you gave us that turned out to be inaccurate.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.

Nothing in this clause affects a right to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction where that right cannot lawfully be excluded.
