Registered address. Ouroboros Consulting FZCO, Premises 41258-001, IFZA Business Park, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

What we collect
When you send an enquiry
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Name, email, phone, WhatsApp | To reply and to prepare a quotation |
| Nationality and country of residence | Visa route and document requirements differ by both |
| Business description, industry, expected revenue, client and supplier countries | To identify the correct licence activities and flag regulated ones |
| Selected activities | To quote the right licence |
| Ownership, shareholder type, number of beneficial owners | Document requirements and compliance checks |
| Visa count and workspace choice | These determine the authority fees |
| For renewals: company name, licence number, expiry, accounting status | To quote the renewal and flag what must be resolved first |
| Referring page and campaign parameters | To understand which channels bring enquiries |
We keep an unaltered copy of what you submitted. Internal edits are recorded separately and never overwrite it, so there is always a record of what you actually said.
When you browse
The activity search stores your selected activity identifiers in a cookie so they survive into the enquiry form. Your own description of your business — the text you type when the official catalogue has no match — is kept in your browser tab only and is sent to us only when you submit the enquiry.
Analytics receives the length of a search, the number of results and which filters were used. It does not receive the search text itself, and it never receives your name, email or business description.
When staff sign in
A session record with the sign-in time and browser user agent. This applies to our own employees, not to clients.
Why we are allowed to hold it
- Your request. You ask for a quotation; we need the details to prepare it. You tick a separate box to say so.
- Legal obligation. As a corporate service provider we carry client identification and record-keeping duties under UAE anti-money-laundering rules.
- Consent. Marketing messages only, and only if you tick that second box. It is never pre-ticked, and declining it does not affect your enquiry.
Who else sees it
- IFZA — International Free Zone Authority. To obtain a quotation and, if you proceed, to register the company, we submit your details through the IFZA Partner Portal. The authority is the party that issues the licence.
- UAE authorities. Immigration, tax and regulatory bodies, where the service requires it.
- Approving authorities. If an activity is regulated, the named body that must approve it.
- Service providers. Our hosting, database and email providers, acting on our instructions.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.
Where it is held
Our systems are hosted with providers that may store data outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the European Union. Sending an enquiry to a UAE company formation service necessarily involves transferring your details to the UAE and to the authority.
How long we keep it
| Record | Retention |
|---|---|
| Enquiry that did not proceed | 24 months from the last contact, then deleted |
| Client records where we performed a service | As required by UAE record-keeping obligations for corporate service providers |
| Marketing consent | Until withdrawn |
| Staff session records | Deleted when the session expires or ends |
What you can ask for
- A copy of what we hold about you.
- Correction of anything inaccurate.
- Deletion, where no legal retention duty applies.
- Withdrawal of marketing consent, at any time, without affecting anything else.
Write to hello@yourfirm.ai. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting, so that somebody else cannot obtain your details by asking.
Security
Access to enquiry data is restricted by role: an adviser sees only the enquiries assigned to them. Staff accounts require two-factor authentication. Changes to who can see an enquiry are recorded in an audit log that nobody can delete.
Children
The service is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data about anyone under 18.
Changes
If this page changes materially we will update the date below and, where the change affects an active enquiry, tell you directly.
