Renew an existing IFZA licence

What renewal involves
- Licence
- Renewed annually. Late renewal can trigger fines, suspension and eventually cancellation.
- Establishment Card
- Renewed alongside the licence. It is a prerequisite for every visa on the file.
- Financial statements
- Mandatory at renewal since 30 September 2025, for the most recently completed financial year. Simplified form up to AED 3 million turnover and nine employees; audited above either threshold.
- Amendments
- An expired licence must be renewed before it can be amended, so changes wait for the renewal.
